BEN CAMPBELL – GROUND ROUND PLAYER SPOTLIGHT

Blizzard Defenseman, #4 Ben Campbell, was born to Scott and Celine Campbell on May 24th, 1994.  He rounds out the family along with siblings Tyler, Katie, and Matthew.  Ben joins the Blizzard after coming from Kenai River of the NAHL.  He played his high school hockey career in Duluth, Minnesota.

Though Ben has been skating on an ice rink since age three, he enjoys several other things outside of hockey.  Some of his other hobbies include fishing, golfing, hanging out with friends, and spending a lot of time at the lake.  His teammates are his favorite part about Brookings so far, and his fondest hockey memory definitely has to be playing in a hockey tournament in Lake Placid.

After junior hockey, Ben wishes to attend college to continue his hockey career as well as study.  He is currently undecided on what areas of study he wishes to pursue.  With the season winding down, Ben hopes to play a part in the Blizzard playoff push.  Join us on Thursday, March 19th and Friday, March 20th to receive your Ben Campbell Ground Round Player Card and cheer on he and the team as they battle for the final playoff spot in the Central Division of the NAHL!
